Approximate Height - 16h, Dark Bay/Black Thoroughbred Mare, 6yo.

Description - For Free off property lease ridden or Broodmare Stunning OTTB mare.

Approximately 16hh with stripe and 95% black. Available for Eventing prospect or Broodmare lease. She is a very sweet natured laid back mare and always been a pleasure to handle. Lady has all the basics. She's been out of full work since March though I'll still jump on at least 1x a week for some light exercise whether it's arena work, trail ride or lunge. When in full work you will find she's very willing and soft, holds a frame, works off the leg and was starting to engage her hind quarters. She also comfortably jumps 80cm and the odd 95-1m with scope to go much higher. Lady has been to the beach and has gone on 1 outing to darling downs, she was a little looky in the yard but as soon as she was geared up and we went for a walk (ridden) she settled and was working extremely well (I was surprised being her first outing). We jumped most jumps at darling downs with a 80cm solid pole jump being one. In saying all of that she's only been off the track since May 2021. She requires an experienced rider as she still has the classic ott quirks 🤦🏽‍♀️ Can trot on the spot when walking in a new environments, likes to canter slow instead of trotting because it's easier (😂), sweats sometimes in the float (being 2/20). Will find the more in work she is and the more exposure these things lessen.

Currently all round shod, rugged 24/7 and hard fed 1x and hay 2x a day. Can be paddocked with Geldings, Mares, ponies, she's neither the top or bottom of pecking order. Has been around dogs, children, kangaroos, tractors, cats and busy roads.

Lady can be viewed in Mt Helena. She will come with a winter rug, cotton, halter. If ridden she can come with bridle, saddle, boots ect. She will not leave the property without a contract in place. I also do not want 50 people coming out to view her, only people who are serious and experienced.
