6yo Chestnut TB gelding, approximately 16.1-16.2h.

Leo is a lovely, flashy big gelding who's currently enjoying a good let down in the paddock after retiring in July. He’s been a well loved member of our stables and we’ve held onto him to ensure he has a good break after retiring and finds a suitable loving home. Beautiful natured horse with a kind disposition. Would do best with a confident and patient rider as he can be quirky but no dirt. Nice mover who could suit a number of disciplines.

Would also make a lovely pleasure horse. He did windsuck when in the stable/racing environment, however during spells when he’s been paddocked he has not. Despite this, it never affected his condition. Leo was purchased, broken in and has raced with the same trainer for the majority of his career. He is responsive to moving off the leg, has a good mouth and carries himself nicely into a frame. He would make a wonderful project for someone. Although he is located in Albany, we travel to Ascot for races fairly regularly and can bring the horse up with us.
